Eric Shangle is an experienced human resources executive with a diverse background in various leadership roles across multiple sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Gallo Mechanical, LLC since December 2025, Eric previously held the position of Senior Vice President of People & Culture at Blue Ridge Power and Pine Gate Renewables from May 2021 to November 2025. Eric's expertise extends into the technology realm, with roles as Vice President of People & Culture at Figure Eight Federal and Senior Director of People Operations at Zerocater. Additionally, Eric has contributed to the industry as a Fellow with the Atlantic Council, focusing on the intersection of advanced energy and national security through initiatives supporting military veterans. Educationally, Eric holds a B.S. in Ocean Engineering from the United States Naval Academy, an MBA from the Naval Postgraduate School, and an M.A. in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma.
