Phương Nguyễn has extensive experience in human resources and operations, having served in various leadership roles since 2005. They worked as an Operations Supervisor cum Business Development Accounts Representative at PV Drilling from 2010 to 2015, then held the position of Human Resources Manager and Head of Operations at IFB Holdings from 2015 to 2019. After leading human resources at several companies, including as Head of Human Resources at Galaxy Entertainment and Education, they co-founded Horizon Eleven JSC in 2022, where they currently serve as COO. Phương has pursued higher education with a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Columbia Southern University and is working towards Bachelor’s degrees in Journalism and Hotel and Tourism Management.
