As Co-Founder and Partner at Harmony Studio, Renato played a crucial role in scaling the company from 4 to approximately 40 employees and achieving significant revenue growth. Previously, as VP Wealth Manager at Julius Baer Family Office, Renato managed around R$500 million in client assets. Renato's career began at J.P. Morgan, where responsibilities included sales reporting and trade flow management. Renato holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and completed an International Business Communication Program at the University of Pennsylvania.
