Wasin Pungprasertying is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in service management and infrastructure. Currently serving as Head of IT Service and Support at FWD Insurance since July 2024, Wasin has previously excelled in leadership roles at Tokio Marine Life Thailand and Chubb, where key accomplishments included a successful data center migration and managing large-scale equipment replacements. Wasin has a strong foundation in IT system administration and compliance, demonstrated during tenure at Aetna and LMG Insurance Public Company Limited. Education includes a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Khon Kaen University and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Thammasat University.
