Cherise Tong is a senior marketing leader with expertise in product-led marketing and digital go-to-market strategies for complex financial businesses. They currently serve as a Senior Manager of Campaign Marketing at FWD Insurance, following their role as Brand Strategy and Excellence Manager at AIA Hong Kong and Macau. Previously, at RS Group plc, Cherise led a team in optimizing paid advertising strategies that drove significant revenue growth in the APAC region. They have demonstrated a strong analytical aptitude through their experiences at various companies, including Cigna Hong Kong and HSBC, where they focused on digital marketing, product marketing, and customer communications. Cherise holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Communications from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor's degree in Human Geography from the University of Toronto.
