Amar Sapra is an Independent Director of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from University of Roorkee and a doctorate degree in philosophy from Cornell University. He has over 12 years of experience in the teaching profession. He has received an honourable mention in the IIE Transactions Focused Issue on Scheduling and Logistics Best Paper Award Competition for 2015 for a paper on ‘A Continuous Time Analog ofthe Martingale Model of Forecast Evolution’. Previously, he has taught at University of Florida and Johnson School, Cornell University and is presently teaching at the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. He has been a Director on our Board since August 5, 2017.
