Chad Williams is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in vendor relations, product management, and network cost analysis. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Cost of Goods Sold at Fusion Connect since September 2020, Chad previously held various roles at Windstream, including Sr Consultant Vendor Relations and Product Manager, where responsibility included voice product management. Chad's background also includes significant tenure at EarthLink and Level 3 Communications, focusing on carrier product management and revenue assurance, as well as invoice validation and dispute resolution. Chad began a career in finance with a BA from St. John Fisher University and an Associate's degree from Finger Lakes Community College.
