Andy Johnson is the Head of Operations - Marine at Fullers360, overseeing the safe operation of high-speed passenger vessels and a large marine crew. With 10 years of experience as a Master and Engineer of ferries, they have a proven track record in managing and developing high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment. Previously, they served as the Crew Development Manager at Fullers Group Ltd, focusing on career progression for marine crew, and started their maritime journey as a Vessel Crew Member with Kawau Kat Cruises. Andy has a diploma in tourism/business from AUT University and is currently pursuing further maritime qualifications at the New Zealand Maritime School.
