Previously, they held various leadership roles at Fujitsu, including Head of EMEIA Business Management System and Head of Service Improvement. Simon is also an experienced professional and personal development coach, recognized for their enthusiastic approach to empowering others and driving business success. They hold a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics from Newcastle University and a Certificate in Executive Coaching from Henley Management College.
