Enrique Ortega is an experienced Service Delivery and Operations Manager with a diverse background in customer service and project management. They served as a Customer Service Manager at Highqlaser from 2006 to 2010 and held the position of Responsible Customer Service at Rofin Baasel Spain from 2001 to 2005. From 2010 to 2016, Enrique was a Project Manager and Customer Service and Operations Manager at SICPA SA in Lausanne. Currently, they are the Delivery Executive and Director of Service Delivery at Fujitsu Global since 2018.
