Hompe Heijmerink is currently the Director of Maritime Security and Surveillance at Fugro and serves as a Reserve Officer at the Korps Mariniers - Royal Netherlands Marine Corps. Previously, they held various leadership roles including Vice President for Asia-Pacific at Air France KLM Cargo and Regional Director at KLM Cargo. Hompe also served as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Eerste Amsterdamse and held multiple positions at Inner Vision from 2006 to 2025. They earned an MSc from Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam and completed their International Baccalaureate at van der Puttlyceum.
