Mike Birmingham is an accomplished Senior Managing Director at FTI Consulting since May 2021, specializing in schedule delay and disruption analysis, as well as the quantification of loss of productivity and delay-related damages in construction disputes. With extensive experience in overseeing the development and maintenance of CPM schedules, Mike previously held the position of Executive Director at The Rhodes Group from January 2002 to May 2021, contributing similarly to the field. Mike’s career commenced with various roles including Director, Project Executive, Project Manager, Senior Consultant, and Consultant. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh, earned between 1997 and 2001.
