Bryan Carter is an experienced leader in customer service and operational management, currently serving as SVP of Customer Service at Frost Bank since November 2019. In this role, Bryan oversees a national team of 350 professionals, achieving significant improvements in customer satisfaction and service levels through data-driven strategies. Prior to Frost Bank, Bryan held the position of Global Service Delivery Director at Rackspace, managing a global team of 200 and supporting extensive customer bases in cloud computing services. Earlier in his career, Bryan co-founded Sir Lease-A-Lot, an innovative apartment leasing platform, and held various customer care management roles. Bryan holds a General Management Certificate from Texas McCombs School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Western Governors University.
