Jennifer Hurley-Wales began their career in fundraising and community partnerships with the Wang Center and New England Conservatory from 1986 to 1996. In 1997, they co-founded From the Top and have served as Co-CEO and Executive Producer, contributing to its status as America’s largest national platform for young classically trained musicians. Hurley-Wales has empowered extraordinary young people globally through live events, broadcasts, and arts education initiatives. In addition to their ongoing involvement with From the Top, they currently work as an adviser and consultant to emerging artists, projects, and organizations. Hurley-Wales holds a B.A. from Denison University.
