Previously, Dr. Sala has held roles including CEO and COO across various industries, showcasing expertise in vehicle construction, metal and plastics processing, and medtech. With strong leadership skills, Dr. Sala has successfully led organizations through restructuring and operational excellence while promoting transparency and fact-based decision-making. Dr. Sala holds a PhD in Material Science and a Master's in Bio-Inorganic Chemistry from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zürich.
