Benjamin Dale is the CEO of Freska Norway and has extensive experience in the retail, distribution, food tech, and logistics sectors. Previously, they served as Chief Operating Officer at foodora Norway and General Manager at Instabox, where they launched and built the brand in Norway. With a strong focus on transforming operations and driving growth, Benjamin has demonstrated leadership in various roles, including Country Manager at Kavall and Head of Operations at Norsk Bokdistribusjon. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Economy and Leadership from Handelshøyskolen BI, along with individual courses from the MSc program.
