Sascha Michael Trinkaus is a seasoned design leader with extensive experience in directing design initiatives across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Senior Director of Design Studio at Freshworks since September 2025, Sascha oversees design systems, creative technology, and user education, fostering collaboration between design and engineering teams. Prior to this role, Sascha held the position of Director of Design Foundations & Knowledge Platforms at RingCentral, leading a team dedicated to enhancing the company's design system and user experience. Earlier experience includes being a Lead UX Designer at GoDaddy and a Design Lead at Mad Mimi, where significant contributions were made to product design and front-end development.
