Monika Garg is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Associate Director of Global HR Operations Support at Fresenius Medical Care since January 2018, where key responsibilities include driving service management, quality assurance, and continuous improvement to ensure high-quality HR services. Monika has held leadership roles such as Asia Pacific HR Operations Head and HRIS Project Manager, overseeing Workday implementation across 18 countries in the Asia Pacific region. Prior to Fresenius Medical Care, Monika held HR management positions at Bausch + Lomb, Concentrix, and IBM, specializing in areas such as compensation, benefits, HR audits, and compliance. Monika's educational background includes an Executive Certification in HR Analytics from the Indian Institute of Management Rohtak and various executive development programs from XLRI Jamshedpur, alongside an MBA in HR & IT. Currently partaking in a Ph.D. program at JECRC University, Monika's extensive experience and educational qualifications underscore a robust expertise in human resources.
