Barbara Bouquegneau has extensive experience in various leadership roles within the French Library and Federation of Alliances Françaises USA. Barbara also served as Co-Director of the Boston Film Unit at Boston University. Bouquegneau holds MS degrees in Film Production and Electricity/Telecom/Biomedical from Boston University and Faculté Polytechnique de Mons, respectively.
