Nancy Stedman is the SVP of Legal and Business Affairs at Fremantle, bringing over 17 years of in-house experience and a specialization in media, entertainment, commercial law, and intellectual property. With a strong background in drafting and negotiating contracts, Nancy has held key legal roles at various prominent companies including ITV and The Walt Disney Company. Previously, as In-House Counsel at Granada Sky Broadcasting, Nancy acted as the sole legal advisor, negotiating various agreements for content acquisition and licensing. Nancy is recognized for being commercially aware, highly analytical, and a proactive team player, currently managing a diverse legal team at Fremantle.
