Kirstie Parr is currently the Legal Counsel for Corporate and Commercial at Fremantle. With experience as a Corporate Associate at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP from 2015 to 2023, Kirstie has worked in M&A and venture capital. Prior to Fremantle, Kirstie held roles including Group Legal Counsel at Pepco Group and a Paralegal position at Vostok Emerging Finance Ltd in 2017. Kirstie earned a Distinction in the LPC from BPP Law School and a First Class Honours degree in History from York St. John University.
