Mazen K. is a Principal/Vice President at Freese and Nichols, where a primary focus includes hydraulic modeling, asset management, and GIS development for water distribution and wastewater collection systems. With over 30 completed wastewater modeling studies, Mazen K. has held various engineering and project management roles in water and wastewater master plans, capital improvement projects, impact fee studies, and condition assessments. Previously served as Stormwater Utility Manager and Floodplain Administrator for the City of Grand Prairie. Mazen K. holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University.
