Mike Hrubiak is an experienced product management professional specializing in oncology and diagnostics. Currently serving as the leader of product management for cancer screening at Freenome since January 2025, Mike focuses on enhancing compliance for blood-based cancer tests. Previously, in the role of Senior Director at Exact Sciences, Mike successfully maintained a 95% customer retention rate while implementing strategic acquisitions and developing go-to-market strategies. As the AVP at Agilent Technologies, Mike prioritized product portfolios and launched a successful liquid biopsy test. Mike's tenure at Adaptive Biotechnologies involved leading the FDA EUA launch of T-Detect COVID, creating a substantial commercial pipeline. Early in the career, Mike was the Head of Commercial Marketing at Accelerate Diagnostics, where critical FDA approvals were secured for SARS-CoV-2 diagnostic tools. Mike holds a BSME in Engineering from the University of Michigan.
