Jennifer Hoefer, SPHR, currently serves as the Director of Talent Management at Freeman Company, a position held since February 2022. Previously, Jennifer held the role of Talent Management Consultant, VP at Huntington National Bank, where responsibilities included leading a talent management consulting team and defining talent strategy. At TCF Bank, as Senior Talent Development Consultant, VP, Jennifer designed and implemented talent development solutions and served as a liaison to the DEI team. Earlier career experiences at Children's Minnesota included roles as Senior Organization Development and Learning Consultant and Learning Specialist, where Jennifer developed organizational effectiveness programs and facilitated leadership development. Jennifer holds a Master of Arts in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Spanish from Luther College, along with an Organization Development Certificate from the University of Minnesota College of Continuing & Professional Studies.
