Stacey Bavafa is an Associate Attorney at Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP, specializing in Tort and Catastrophic Loss, Insurance Defense, and Litigation since April 2018. Prior experience includes roles as an American Board Of Trial Advocates Fellow at Taylor & Ring and Reback, McAndrews, Kjar, Warford & Stockalper in late 2017, a Legal Intern at the Domestic Violence Project, and a Certified Law Clerk at the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office. Stacey also served as a Judicial Law Clerk for Judge James Brandlin and worked as an Assistant to the Executive Director at Family Health Alliance. Legal experience began as a Legal Intern at Neighborhood Legal Services of Los Angeles County. Education includes a Juris Doctor degree from Southwestern Law School and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology, as well as Psychology and Gender & Women's Studies from California State University, Northridge and Simon Fraser University, respectively.
