Kathryn M. Kendall, Ed.D., currently serves as the Vice President for Enrollment Management and Services at the State University of New York at Fredonia. With over 22 years of experience in higher education, they have held progressively responsible leadership roles, most notably as Sr. Assistant Dean for Enrollment and Online Programs at the University at Buffalo, where significant growth in enrollment and tuition revenue was achieved. Kendall's expertise encompasses strategic marketing, recruitment, data analytics, and organizational collaboration, emphasizing Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Access. They have contributed as an adjunct faculty member across multiple institutions, developing coursework in social work and social sciences. Additionally, Kathryn has been an active member of NAGAP, the Association for Graduate Enrollment Management, serving on its Expert Bureau and presenting on enrollment analytics and strategic management.
