Milton Bailey is currently the Director of the Department of Housing and Community Development at Frederick County Government in Maryland since May 2016. Prior to this role, Milton held various leadership positions in housing finance and development agencies in Louisiana and Washington D.C. milton also has experience working in the private sector and in the Executive Office of the Mayor. Milton completed their education at Harvard University and Boston University.
