Margaret "Molly" Carlson is a higher education professional currently serving as the Associate Vice President of Continuing Education & Workforce Development at Frederick Community College since 2022. With previous roles at Frederick Community College as Adjunct Faculty and Assistant Dean of Liberal Arts, as well as experience as Director of Workforce & Community Education, Molly has a robust background in education.
