Jaimie DeRight is an accomplished people operator and organizational development practitioner with a background in law, holding a Virginia bar association membership. Jaimie served as a Special Education Teacher for Teach For America and later gained experience as a Contracts Administrator Intern at Warrior Technology, LLC. Jaimie held senior leadership roles, including Senior Vice President of Operations at RD Jones + Associates and Becwood Purchasing, Inc., and is currently the Leadership Development Manager at Freddie Mac. With an educational foundation that includes a Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law and a Bachelor's degree in English from the University of Rochester, Jaimie is dedicated to enhancing workplace culture and leadership development.
