William J. Jacobs is a seasoned financial services executive with over 29 years of experience in leading diverse teams in Sales and Operations. Currently, they serve as the Senior Vice President and Head of Internal Sales for US Wealth Management at Franklin Templeton, where they develop and execute business strategies while managing a solution-oriented approach to client needs. Jacobs previously held various leadership roles at Putnam Investments, including Head of Internal Sales and Head of Strategic Relationships. Additionally, they actively contribute as a committee member on several diversity and inclusion councils within the financial services industry. They graduated with a degree in Marketing from Stonehill College in 1994.
