Richard Monk is the Vice President and Head of EMEA and Cross-border Product Development at Franklin Templeton Investments. They began their career at the company in 2005 as a Manager of the Global PMO, where they managed project teams across Europe and Asia. From 2008 to 2019, they served as Director of Global Product Development & Implementation, overseeing various international product initiatives. Richard holds a BSc (Hons) in Land Management from the Royal Agricultural College and an MSc in Economics and Planning from the University of Aberdeen.
