Michael Mastrangelo is currently the Vice President and Chief Experience Officer at Franklin Mint Federal Credit Union, a position they have held since 2008 after serving as the Chief Retail Officer. Prior to this role, Michael worked as a Branch Manager at Alliance Bank and a Banking Officer at Willow Financial Bank, gaining significant experience in the financial sector. They began their career as a Revenue Manager at The Flanders Hotel and briefly served as Executive Housekeeper at Congress Hall. Michael is pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and a Master of Business Administration in Finance at Saint Joseph's University.
