Catherine leads the firm in developing innovative programs and solutions, creating efficiencies through practice and business process re-engineering and helping to enhance the delivery and value of client services and the client experience. Part of Fox¡¯s senior administrative team, she works closely with the firm¡¯s Innovation Strategy Committee, administrative teams and other professionals in providing program management support for these initiatives.
Catherine served as the firm¡¯s Chief Knowledge Officer prior to her promotion to Chief Knowledge and Innovation Officer in 2019. She continues to oversee knowledge management research, risk mitigation and business/competitive intelligence initiatives.
