Tricia Golden, MBA, SPHR, is the Director of Human Resources at Four Winds Hospital and has extensive experience in the healthcare sector. Previously, they served as Human Resource Manager at SLS Health from 2002 to 2009, where they developed new training programs and managed employee relations. They also held positions as a Recruiter/HR Representative at WESTMED Medical Group and as Human Resources Manager at Stamford Health. Tricia has a Master's degree in Management with a focus on leadership from Marist College, a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice from the University of Delaware, and a Human Resource Management Certificate from Villanova University.
