Summer Lo is currently the Director of Food and Beverage at Four Seasons Hotel Singapore. They have previously held various positions within the Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, including Captain and Assistant Director of Food and Beverage at the Hong Kong location. Notably, Summer has received multiple accolades in the cocktail industry, including the championship titles in Speed Rack Asia and the Monkey Shoulder competition in 2019, as well as being a finalist in the Bacardi Legacy Champion and a runner-up in the World Class Cocktail Competition in Hong Kong. Summer is also a graduate of the BarSmarts program.
