Min Jiang is currently the Director of People and Culture at Four Seasons Hotel Suzhou, a position they have held since 2022. Previously, they worked with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in various roles, including Human Resources Manager and Assistant Director of People and Culture from 2015 to 2016. They also have experience as a Personnel Assistant Manager at Park Hyatt Beijing from 2010 to 2012 and as a Personnel Officer at Grand Hyatt Guangzhou from 2008 to 2010.
