Marie Licha is the Director of People & Culture at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, a position they have held since 2026. Previously, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Kempinski Summerland from 2022 to 2024 and at Le Gray from 2024 to 2026. Marie began their career as a Senior Human Resources Officer at Roadster Diner between 2006 and 2008, later becoming the Director of Human Resources at Campbell GRAY Hotels from 2008 to 2022. Marie is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Finance and Management at the Lebanese American University.
