Amanda Rachmat is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Manager of eCommerce and Public Relations Platforms at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts since September 2025. Prior to this role, Amanda worked at TouchBistro as an Implementation Project Specialist, overseeing client transitions for restaurant implementations, and at Shopify in various leadership positions, including Chair of the Asian Employee Resource Group, where significant initiatives for professional development and cultural celebration were developed. Amanda has also accumulated valuable experience in roles related to education, research, and event coordination across multiple organizations, holding degrees from Simon Fraser University and various international institutions.
