Jennifer Hillel is a passionate professional with 16 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising and program management. Currently serving as the Director of Client Services at Foundation Source, Jennifer previously held significant roles such as Associate Director of Foundation Relations at Birthright Israel Foundation and Director of Development at The Jewish Federations of North America. With expertise in grant writing, donor cultivation, and strategic planning, Jennifer has successfully managed campaigns generating upwards of $20 million annually. Jennifer earned a Bachelor’s Degree in History and Jewish Studies from Indiana University and a Master’s Degree in Nonprofit Management from New York University.
