Viola Qian is a seasoned marketing professional with substantial experience in the retail and e-commerce sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Marketing Specialist at Fossil Group, Inc. since June 2019, Viola manages all licensed watch brands, including notable names such as Emporio Armani, DIESEL, and Michael Kors. Prior to this role, Viola worked as an E-Commerce Senior Specialist at UNIQLO China, where responsibilities included managing weekly sales reports and optimizing the main page for enhanced performance on Tmall. Viola also held the position of Digital Leader & Merchandiser at Decathlon International, focusing on marketing strategies and content development for the Solognac brand across various online platforms. Academically, Viola holds a Master’s degree in Marketing from the University of St Andrews and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration and Management from Shanghai University and the University of Technology Sydney.
