Tony Carreño, CPA, MBA, is a seasoned finance professional with over 20 years of experience in leadership roles encompassing treasury, investor relations, financial planning and analysis, and accounting. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Treasury and Investor Relations at Forward Air Corporation, Tony has previously held significant positions at Yellow, Hallmark Entertainment, and Evergy. With an undergraduate degree in accounting and an MBA in finance, Tony has executed major financial transactions including M&A activities, an IPO, and managing substantial debt financing. They are also an active community member, serving on the Guadalupe Centers, Inc. Board of Directors and previously holding roles with the Greater United Way of Kansas City and the Kansas State University Finance Advisory Board.
