With 18 years of clinical research experience, Medha's career spanned various roles within two leading global CROs and a pharmaceutical company, where they specialized in clinical development from Phase II to Phase IV. Medha has a robust background in managing large teams and was instrumental in establishing high-performing clinical teams. They hold a Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Biotechnology from Manipal College of Pharmaceutical Sciences and a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from Banarasi Das National Institute of Management and Technology.
