Paul Anderson is a major project specialist and environmental expert witness with extensive experience in environmental management, regulatory affairs, and project management. They founded several companies, including Anderson & Associates and SpeedTheory, and grew HMA Land Services Ltd. to over 100 staff before selling it to RPS Group in 2013. Paul served as President of RPS Canada until 2017 and is currently focused on renewable energy and sustainability projects while working on regulatory compliance and permitting for FortisBC. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Waterloo and a Master of Science from Trent University.
