Tricia Richardson is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as the Senior Field Marketing Manager for the Public Sector in the Northeast at Fortinet since March 2021. With a strong background in IT and customer relations, Tricia is also the founder of the Southern Maine Microsoft User Group (SMMUG), which fosters collaboration and knowledge sharing among IT professionals since 2009. Previously held roles include Senior Account Executive at NH Learning Solutions Corporation, VP of Marketing and Education at Unified Technologies Inc., and Client Relations at VTEC, where responsibilities included sales and strategic planning. Tricia began a career in customer service at Connecting Point and CBE Technologies. Tricia holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Maine.
