Mat King is a Senior EIC Engineer at Fortescue, where they have been since 2023. Previously, they held roles such as Electrical & Control Systems Engineer at both Rio Tinto and X2 Engineering, and they worked as an Electrician and Electrical Designer at RCR Infrastructure. Mat began their career as an Apprentice Electrician, acquiring extensive expertise in control and instrumentation. They earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Southern Queensland and hold several engineering certifications.
