Onur Asıliskender is currently the Software Factory Lead at Ford Otosan, a position they have held since 2025. Prior to this, from 2016 to 2019, Onur served as the Data & Infrastructure Development Lead at the same company. Onur has also held roles as a Senior Autonomous Vehicle Systems Engineer and an Autonomous Vehicle Systems Engineer, as well as a CAE Integration Engineer. They are pursuing an MBA at Koç Üniversitesi, which they will complete in 2025, and have previously completed a Master’s in Software Engineering from Boğaziçi Üniversitesi and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bilkent University. Additionally, Onur participated in the GNAM Program focused on AI Strategy at UNSW Business School in 2024.
