Ross Gaddie is a Senior Safety Engineer at Ford Motor Company, where they have worked since 2017, having progressed from Safety Engineer. They previously held positions as a Safety Manager and Safety Specialist at Georgia-Pacific LLC, and served as an Environmental Health and Safety Intern at NACCO Materials Handling Group. Ross began their career as a Volunteer Firefighter at the South Oldham Fire Department from 2007 to 2012 and worked as a Technician at Valvoline. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Safety and Health from Eastern Kentucky University in 2012.
