Julia Grab is a seasoned leader in the automotive industry, currently serving as the Chief Strategist and Planner for EU Passenger Vehicles at Ford Motor Company since 2025. Julia has a diverse background, having held significant roles at companies such as BMW Group, Lucid Motors, and Stellantis, where they focused on product strategy and vehicle engineering. Julia also competed professionally as a racecar driver in various national series and managed their own racing team. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and an MBA in International Business from Munich Business School. Julia was recognized as an Automotive News Europe Rising Star in 2025.
