Gustavo Chávez is an experienced HR Global Project Manager with a background in talent acquisition, organizational development, and project management. They held various roles at Fuller Cosmetics, RB, and PwC, where they focused on onboarding, internal communication, and employer branding. At Ford Motor Company, Gustavo managed comprehensive project transitions and was instrumental in establishing HR Shared Services across the Americas. They obtained a degree in Business Administration from Universidad La Salle México in 2017.
