Cathie Hill is an accomplished Senior Program Manager and Product Line Manager with a wealth of experience in product management and solution delivery. They have previously served as a Project Director at MORPACE International and as a Director/Program Leader at JD Power and Associates, where they directed teams and oversaw multiple projects across North and South America and Europe. Currently, at Ford Motor Company, Cathie leads software development teams, focusing on integrating various products into a unified platform while driving agile transformations. They hold a Master’s degree in Political Science from Wayne State University and a Bachelor’s degree in the same field from UCLA.
